KEEP Light & Hope GOING
The holiday season can be very overwhelming for people going through hard times. Michael Currin's family knew this all too well going into their first Christmas season without him. One evening in December, they came out to see their home and entire neighborhood lined with the beautiful lights from luminaries. It was this simple act of kindness that helped give them the slightest bit of hope to KEEP GOING.
Illumi-NITE is a program inspired by this act of kindness. The focus of Illumi-NITE is to share Michael’s legacy of bringing light and messages of hope to others. Students put kindness into action by placing luminaries, KEEP GOING signs, and words of encouragement at recipients' homes. Illumi-NITE was launched in December of 2022, providing an opportunity for students to show up for others. Through Illumi-NITE, KEEP GOING 25 inspires others KEEP GOING.
